Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Paraeducator Certification preferred
• Excellent attendance record required
• Experience working with students with special needs strongly preferred
• An interest and enjoyment working with students
• Willingness and ability to be trained in non-medical intervention procedures, and etc.
• Must be available and able to perform job duties
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift at up to 50 lbs
• Bus Assistant is responsible for riding the bus with students who need assistance
